UPDATE 13 (01-17-2014) @ 20:00): The tracker has been UP for a few hours now and should remain up. Those having trouble should be sure that 'tracker.what.cd' resolves to 46.28.205.34 and then restart their clients. If you added the alternate tracker IP to your hosts file earlier, you must remove it before your torrents will seed.
