Blacklist update

After seeing the poll results and noticing that many of you still want to be able to 'minimize' blacklist groups, while most of you just want them gone, some updates have been made to the system.

Now, you will be able to select (on a per-group basis) whether to completely hide them or just minimize. This means you can completely remove things you hate while only minimizing things you probably won't be interested but might occasionally want to check out.
