Updates to our Hit and Run policies

This is a reminder about our upcoming Hit and Run changes. If you don't have any Hit and Runs you can disregard this message.

As we announced a month ago we're reducing the maximum number of concurrent Hit and Runs allowed from 15 to 10. As quite a few users have not done so yet, we're giving you another three days until April 5, 2015 to reduce your Hit and Run count to 10 or fewer to keep your downloading privileges from being revoked.
