Alright folks, it's time to fire up your torrent clients once again, as we bring you the start of a series of genre uploading contests that will be taking place over the next few months.

Genre contest #1: Oi!

This race will begin Wedenesday, May 4th 12:00 AM Pacific time - and will end Wednesday, May 18th 11:59 AM pacific time.

The rules are very simple: upload as many Oi albums as possible, as long as the albums adhere to the rules of the site, i.e. minimum bitrate, complete tracklist, no RAC etc.
For those of you who will be participating in the contest, all you need to do to enter is upload a torrent in this category with the line
*Oi uploading contest*

You can copy and paste this line at the top of the torrent description. We will count and verify your uploads throughout the contest, and the uploader with the most uploads will be granted with an honorable title, AND will receive an awesome $25 voucher for Amazon.com ready for your spending pleasure.

WARNING: Staff will be approving your uploads and will be verifying whether the album qualifies for the contest. That said, please don't upload albums and mislabel them as “Oi” to cheat your way through the contest. We hate to act like some sort of “genre police” so please don't make us do so. Any violators of this rule will be disqualified immediately from the contest.
