New Seeding policy

We have a new hit and run policy, so please pay attention:
- as of now, we will not warn/disable anyone for hit and run
- you must seed your snatches properly, we don't care if your general ratio is over 1, all torrents must be seeded properly.
- penalties for hit and runs are the following:
- a hit and run on a torrent larger than 20 GB and your free torrents download rights are revoked.You may have them back after you seed that torrent to a 1/1 ratio.
- 20 global hit and runs on torrents and your download rights are taken away.You may have them back after you seed your downloads properly (freeleech torrents still must be seeded to 1/1 ratio, there's no seed time that can compensate those and there's no excuse for not giving back something that's free)
These rules apply to all users leech activity on site starting from January 1st 2013.Enjoy and seed!
