Bad users stats

After the last general cleanup, things aren't that bad

We have 20 old users with ratios under 0.5.
We have 7 users with ratios under 0.7, not seen in 6 months.
We have 50 users with download rights revoked for multiple hit and runs (more than 20 on the average and some over 100!)

Old users with ratios under 0.5 will be disabled if their ratio is not above 0.5 by September 1st 2013
Inactive users with ratios under 0.7 will be disabled if they don't login on the site and if they don't download and seed something by September 1st 2013
Users with a lot of hit and runs are not allowed to re-download their snatched torrents, they must seed what they've already took or they will be disabled as well by September 1st 2013.The only way to avoid account disabling if they don't want to seed is by donating and helping us with the seedboxes and servers costs.It's the least they can do if they don't care about seeding back.Overall, i'm glad that from allmost 8400 users, more than 8300 are good users for now.Well done guys, keep it up!
