Uploaders please note. The following has been added to the upload rules, effective today.

• We expect you to honor the wishes of AsiaTorrents uploaders if they put "do not re-upload" or "do not upload to other sites before x days" requests in their torrents. (Any other types of constraints put on re-upload of our materials elsewhere will be removed by the moderators as unreasonable.)
• Likewise, when uploading materials here that you have obtained from another site, we expect you to honor your member agreement with THAT site in respect to embargoes or bans on uploading that material elsewhere. If we learn that you have violated your agreement with the site from where you obtained the materials you reuploaded here, your upload will be deleted on AsiaTorrents and you will be disciplined by the moderators here for having damaged AsiaTorrents reputation.
  (Any punishment from the other site whose agreement you violated will remain up to them.)
