Required Seeding System Update

A fix for the required seeding system has been put in. It did involve some major changes to how things work. I won't go into details but downloading data should now be recorded correctly for MOST cases.

If you have still been seeding things you have HnR's on, your required seed time should start counting down. If you stopped seeding them, reloading them should begin the process of meeting the required 1:1 or 72 hours of seeding. Please keep me posted in the attached news thread on what is happening with everything and lets get this working for everyone 100%. Thank you everyone for your patience. I've been real busy with life, work and a million other features we wanted to get to you.
