New severely relaxed ratio requirements

We have decided to adopt a much simpler and easier to attain ratio requirement for new users. The new requirements are as follows:
1. There are no ratio requirements until you download 10GB.
2. After 10GB, you are required to maintain a 0.6 ratio or you will be warned.
3. If you are warned, you will have 2 weeks to fix your ratio or you will be banned.
4. The 'User' class no longer has a minimum download/upload requirement, you must simply be a member for 2 weeks and have a minimum 0.6 ratio.
5. All other classes have not changed their requirements. For more detailed information on classes see this section of the FAQ.

The new rules essentially mandate a 0.6 ratio instead of a 0.9 ratio requirement to remain a member - we hope this will be much more appealing to new users.
