Sadly, due to work commitments and other hubbub, TDv3 still isn't ready. I know we said that we'd have ratio building until it is released, but when we said this we genuinely thought it was only a month away. It seems that Murphy's Law has stepped in, and given us a wake up call.

At the end of May, we will stop Ratio Building!

We can't let it go on ad nauseam
