Well we've had our holidays and now back on track with the tracker. I'm pleased to inform that we've now completed another section and are presently beta testing that and bug fixing. If you've not been following various threads, you will be pleased to know that the Tracker has been compiled (Ocelot on top of FreeBSD took several days to get running). The torrents section is being worked on by BladE, and I've just yesterday completed the User section. The Register, Login and Index pages have been working for some time, and the Forum section was completed just before I went away on holiday.

Torrent-Damage will be launched with most used functionality, and we will update it with additional functionality as time goes on. We have split up the various sections into 3 priorities

Priority 1 - Site cannot function without these features
Priority 2 - Site does not need, but very useful - add in shortly after site opens
Priority 3 - Features to be added after site has settled

From the priority 1 category - the most complex modules have been completed (with the exception of the torrents), and it's just medium and low complexity pages to add now.

We've chosen to use February the 15th as our go-live date, but as usual, this could slip due to personal and work commitments. Both coders (the Sysops) have full time jobs, which means that our free time is the only times we can really dedicate to doing this. It is possible that the site will go live before this, but I'd rather fix as many of the bugs as I can before we let people loose on the site. Perfection cannot be rushed.
