Donation Problems 101

Due to reasons beyond our control the system used for Pro Audio Torrents donations is down at the moment. We the staff are trying to get the voluntary donation system up and running as soon as we can. We are changing various aspects of the system hence why its taking so long, we estimate this could take up to 2 weeks.

We the staff understand this could really effect some users, as some users use the voluntary donation system to help with low ratios and other associated problems. Also the users who want upgrade their user class etc.

We the staff have a temporary solution for users who want use the voluntary donation system to help with low ratios and other associated problems. If you make a support ticket, and tell the Admin or sysop's of your intent to donate because of a problem you have. We will add you to a list and your account will be safe from any staff action as we will contact you first and the voluntary donation system will be up and running again.

PLEASE BE AWARE IF YOU MAKE A SUPPORT TICKET AND ADD YOURSELF TO THE LIST. THE STAFF WILL CHECK, AND IF YOU DO NOT DONATE AS PROMISED THEN THE RULES OF THE SITE WILL STILL BE ACTED UPON. WHICH MEANS YOU MAY LOOSE YOUR USER ACCOUNT.
