    To celebrate the 3rd anniversary of CHDBits and 6th anniversary of CHDTV.net, we will give out limited-time invites with following rules:

    1. Every member that is "user" or above class will receive 3 limited-time invites that are valid for 7 days.
    2. Inviters do not hold responsibility for the violations of invitees invited during this period.
    3. New members need to accomplish newbie tasks to pass system assessment.
    Exam Aims:
    *Assessment duration: 30 days, starting from the moment of registration
    *Upload amount required: 30 G
    *Download amount required: 30 G
    *Se./Le. Time Ratio (SLTR) required: 6.0 (for further info please refer to FAQ)

    4. No promotion of user class will occur during this period. Promotion will resume from 8th of Dec onwards.
