This competition is owned and started by the Audionews Team – next Orginizer. Participants are registered users, the authors of music, or users representing authors and have rights to represent authors.

Authors are allowed to keep tracks sent for competition for the further distribution on the audionews.org tracker for free and forever, with all rights remain to the authors.

We really appreciate if track will be written specially for the competition. As well as previously created but not yet published tracks. The Audionews Team may request some information or documents of authorship .

Participant can send only 1 track for the comptetition, we accept it only once, so your track must be final version, we do not accept changed version after an initial entry. Genre or style of track – any (your choice). Organizers may reject any track with or without notice or explanation. Tracks, partly or completely based on materials by other musicians will be accepted after manual review. The original author must be written in the description

How to start:

Participant must create new topic in this forum with the following information inside. See example in Entries forum

Topic name: Author(Artist) – Track title (Style/Genre / duration) *

* example: Krapan – CrossChanges (chillout / 3.47)

A poll must also be created within thread with this question only… Like? And 2 options Yes and No. This is so members can vote for your track when time comes.

And following description should be written in the topic:

Artist: Title: Duration: Genre/Styles: Description: (not required) Official artist page: (if applicable) Download Link - like http://sounddump.com/b9u0367xy0kz * • all tracks must be uploaded using following file hosting http://sounddump.com, this helps us to keep all tracks in 1 safe place and so we can all listen without downloading. This is a free and fast file hosting owned by The Audionews owners, also has a built in audio player, you can use for you needs any time, also you can recommend it to your friends.

All tracks must be sent at 256-320kbps/44.1kHz/16 bit, duration should be between 2 and 8 minutes (Entries not as stated will be removed ! )

Prizes are:-

1. Main prize is Apple Macbook Air 1.8GHz 13.3" MD231LL/A i5 4GB RAM 128GB 2. Special status on Audionews forums And respect from The Audionews Team and all members ))

Winners will be chosen by a members poll and then final desicion will be made by The Audionews Team[/b]

Please do not vote for tracks until 21 of january, that's important, however you can discuss tracks in entries forum, this make our competition more interesting.

Schedule:-

12 December 2012 – 20 of January 2012 tracks accepted for competition (No entries after 20th Jan )

21 January 2013 – 31 January 2013 members’ poll starts

31 January 2013 – 05 February 2013 the Audionews Team choose the nominees

6-7 February 2013 winners will be announced
