Minor changes to Freeleech

Hey gang. Just wanted to update you on some FL changes that I just made.

1. All new uploads will continue to have 24h FL
2. After 24h, all torrents above 2GB will remain FL.
3. All torrents above 2GB now and will continue to have perm. FL.
4. The following collages will have Perm. Freeleech:
- LzTr's Best of 2010
- LzTr's Essential Soundtracks
- LzTr Soundtrack Mix, Vol. 1
- Kego's Soundtrack Mix
- Want to try classical music? Suggestions for the beginner
- ...and, of course, the Editor's Choice collage.
