This is to notify all members that if you upload a torrent with the Public Tracker instead of Private Tracker your torrent will be deleted and your member status will be changed to PowerUser. This means that you can no longer upload a torrent to this site, but you can download and utlize the Forum. You will also be given a warning that could result in being BANNED from Classix-Unlimited.

This site is and has always been a Private site and the disregard in not following site rules which can be found in the rules for uploading.

Further I ask all members to notify me by PM as to any torrents that are Public Trackers.

I have notified g********** about this situation and he may take some additional action. He will be getting this notice as to the action I am taking.

This is very serious and a major infraction and violation of trust.
