On another note, if a video originated with a 16:9 aspect ratio, it should maintain that aspect ratio. There have been a few independent rips that were converted from 16:9 to a 3:2 or 1.5:1 aspect ratio. Rather than 720x404, 640x360 or 624x352, someone is converting them to 720x480 and they look TERRIBLE. Please check the resolution of your independent rips before you bother submitting them and wasting everyone's time and bandwidth.
