Server migration - 2016-01-27

Today at around 22:00 UTC, the website and tracker will be taken down because we'll be migrating our 2009 server to a new one. Hopefully this will solve the occasional load problem that sometimes occurs. The expected downtime will be at least one hour, but depending on how things go, it might take longer. If you want to be on IRC, join before the maintenance starts.

Edit: migration complete! There were some unexpected problems with the disks so we had to transfer all data over to a new array. This caused the site and tracker to be down longer than we had anticipated, but everything should be up & running now. The site feels much more responsive.
