Support for IE being dropped 2019/02/01

As we move forward in time, so to must the time for some things to end.
In attempting to improve the workflow for the improvement of the site, as well as make it easier on users to change the color scheme on site to match their view, we've discovered that continued support of Internet Explorer is proving impractical.
So, with much sorry, for what used to be the industry standard browser, we'll be sunsetting support for IE. The site will rapidly cease to look right or operate properly in IE, which has been left behind by Microsoft.
Instead we look forward to the site where you can more easily control the colors.

As to browsers we do support, up to date versions of:
Chromium (Chrome, Opera, and apparently soon Edge, etc)
Firefox, and up to date forks
WebKit (Safari, and browsers on iOS devices)
