Tag votes and genre ordering

We have made a change to how genres on the browse page are handled. From now on the order of tags when uploading is important. The first tag has a default positive modifier of 10, every subsequent tag will reduce its positive modifier by 1. There are also negative modifiers. The score of a tag is determined by positive votes - negative votes.

You can vote on tags on the torrent details page:
A negative vote reduces the value by 1 and a positive vote by 2. Why is this important? The tag with the highest score is used to determine the genre that is visible in the genre category image on the browse page. So far the votes weren't taken into account for this information. Tags with more negative votes than positive votes will be deleted by our schedule (you can only do a negative and positive vote once).
