• Birthday Celebrations remain ongoing and are being extended further! It's not often a tracker turns 9, and with many old users coming back to us to get their inactive accounts re-enabled we'd like to make sure everyone has ample to chance to enjoy the festivities. We will be celebrating until the end of the month, and will be wrapping things up for the holiday season around 2014-12-01. The site-wide Free Leech and 2x Upload will end on or directly after that date.

• Currently several countries are barred from new membership on x264.me and have been for some time, and for good reason. However we'd like to make an attempt to weed some good apples out of all the bad ones, so we're announcing an opportunity for those in banned countries to join the tracker. With this opportunity anyone in one of these banned countries can join if; 1) a current member in good standing vouches for them, or 2) they can contribute to the site in terms of uploading or donating to the server fund.
