2022 marks the Year of the Tiger in China. The Chinese New Year which is also known as the Spring Festival or Lunar New Year is a festival that celebrates the mark of a new year in the traditional Chinese calendar. It is not only celebrated in China though, it is also a widely celebrated holiday in Malaysia, Thailand, Indonesia, Singapore, the Philippines, and more. Other Lunar celebrations influenced by it also include the Korean New Year & Tết (Vietnamese Lunar New Year).

To mark the occasion we will be celebrating all sixteen days of the festival starting on January 31st (Chinese New Year's Eve) & running until February 15th which marks the last day (Lantern Festival). Rewards will be handed out to participating torrents that feature an Asian performer.
