Update #3.2

In celebration of Shelley Duvall turning 61 today we have a few updates for you guys:

New Features
PMs sent when someone comments on a request you've made.
PMs sent when someone comments on a ticket you've made (the option to disable this feature was removed from your profile).
img tags are now scraped from quoted text.
Jump to random torrent (in the torrent drop down menu or you can just bookmark torrents.php?action=random).
Preview when sending PMs on the site.
Preview when creating/editing reviews.

Bug Fixes
Torrents that had > 1 report were being duped on the torrent group page
Inbox messages w/ no subjects are now able to be deleted
Character showing which poll answer you selected has been changed to an *
Review text is no longer gone forever if you forget to rate the movie
Reviews are now listed by created date rather than "last edit" date on reviews.php
