We're back... We had a bit of a nasty hardware issue -- after 6 years, our hard drive went bad rather suddenly and could not even read much of what was on it. Luckily, we have good backups and were able to restore the system with only a few hours worth of data loss. Things are probably back to normal now, but we'll be keeping an eye on things for a bit.
