Seeds Wanted and Uploading Privileges - 24.01.25

Late in the year 2020, rde implemented a feature that removes your upload privilege when your seeds wanted are above 20. The rules were to be amended to include this fact, but rde went walkabout shortly after and no one ever got around to the rule change.

So while we quibble over the exact wording of the rule update, please be on notice:

When your Seeds Wanted is over 20, your upload priveleges will be suspended.

They are automatically restored on system refresh when you go back under 20.
