Okay. Wow. New site, where to start?

We've updated all of our code, to make adding features much easier, and change pretty much everything about how the site works. While you may not care about this, here's something that you will care about.




Yes, that's right. You can now download as many games as you want, with only 1 rule. You must seed back each game for 48 hours*. Many of you will be familiar with these sort of rules. Torrents that aren't seeded for this time, and remain inactive for 24 hours* will become a Hit and Run. You will be able to remove it by seeding the required time remaining. We are only monitoring these from now onwards. Make sure you respect this new system.

Bonus Points
We have also changed our Bonus Point System, to encourage long-term seeding, and seeing poorly seeded content. The new rule is as follows*:


For example, if you were seeding a 3.4GB torrent, and had been for 2 weeks. Every hour, you would receive 6 Bonus Points (Size is rounded).
If there were 3 seeders or less, this bonus would become 12 Points Per Hour.

Various torrents will also become 2x, 3x or even 4x Points, from time to time.

* These rules could change at any time, particularly as we've just launched. We will post updates here if we do see fit that they need to be changed.

User System
User Promotions are no longer automatic. They are purchased with Bonus Points, over at the marketplace. Each user can clearly see their requirements for the next class, and purchase it there. It's also worth mentioning that Average Seed Time is only being monitored from today onwards. - Next Class

Torrents
Within torrent groups, there are two new things to take note of. Firstly, release can now be given a Developer (or two), linking info about similar games, and stats on these developers. Additionally, within groups, there are now sections for Original Release, DLC, Customs and Patches.
This info is going to take time to add. Please appreciate that all torrents will not have it immediately, and that they have to be added by hand.
The uploading autofill has also been updated.

Other things
You may notice lots of other new things throughout the site. Today marks the start of a much larger process of change, bringing many new features and content with it.
