We have a Max SP to Cost, this is set to 240 points, which equates to 24 gig or 10 days of seeding + whatever wait time.

as an example.

500 gig pack would have been 5000 SP, which equates to 208 days, or 7 months of seeding, if you could not upload anything at all.
Now it will be 240 SP which equates to 10 days of seeding. (if you are a full donor, its only 2.5 days of seeding @ 4SP per hour)

So all you have to worry about now is Hard Drive Space, Obviously the above is to clear the hit and run, but it would still be nice if you could seed them for longer, but its not compulsory.

This brings us to the other small changes.
Full Donors are Ł5 per month or more

Wait time for full donors = no wait time for both sizes
Wait time for non donors = same as before 1.5 days and 3 days
SP per hour for full donors is now down to 4 but with the max cost I think that is more than adequate.
SP per hour for non donors = 1 SP per hour
