We are looking for prospective moderators to keep the site clean and maintain order. So... Do you want to help us enforce the rules? Are you a responsible, professional person who remains calm under pressure and readily takes constructional criticism for their own improvement? Are you willing to guide users by providing help and advice? Then, we are probably looking for you. Note that you are getting nothing for this job in return, but a bunch of criticism. On the other side, you have a chance to change things for the better. So it's up to you.

To apply for this job you must meet the following requirements:

• Good knowledge of our Site Rules or willingness to get acquainted with them in a short term.

• Good technical knowledge of videos and, preferably but not necessarily, their encoding.

• At least, conversational knowledge of English.

• Good knowledge of and experience with IRC.
  
  What would be the moderator's duties?

• Moderating Torrents (this includes checking and approving torrents, as well as commenting, editing, deleting and so on, as necessary).

• Moderating Forums (this includes commenting, editing, deleting, (un)locking, moving, trashing topics/comments and so on, as necessary).

• Moderating Requests (this includes commenting, editing, deleting and so on, as necessary).

• Providing IRC support.
