Changes to BeyondHD policies and new features

It's been a few days since the announce of the new classes and we've all had some time to adjust.

Based on feedback from members, we are making a small change to the Recruit class. Members in the Recruit class no longer need to advance to User class within 30 days. A member can now remain in Recruit class as long as their account doesn't get auto disabled for the standing inactivity rule. We're hoping this takes some pressure of members who can't necessarily get 25 GiB upload or 5 completed seeds right out of the gate.

In addition, we have added a couple of new features to help users adjust to the earlier changed 0.25 minimum ratio.

1) Tasks

There is now a Tasks system where you can earn Bonus Upload Credit for doing simple on site tasks. To start, we have added 4 simple tasks which can earn members 4.5 GiB in upload credit (over 16 GiB in buffer). As time goes on, more Tasks will be added to keep things fresh.

2) Rewinds

We have added a Rewinds system. The system will automatically grant 100% FL for 48 hours to torrents on the verge of dying. It's important to note that in order to qualify for the promo, a member must hold the Certified Seeder badge (Average seedtime >= 15 days).

The change to the Recruit rule and these two new features are just the start of what we have planned to encourage seeding and help members struggling to maintain ratio. We still have things planned related to class perks, more seed incentives and more.
