*Why this new form of procedure?
- We observed that there were many orders pending for a long period of time without being fulfilled (some with more than 1 year, and others even with inactive users on the site), for this we will include this rule for orders, so that there is a turnover and update them, so we hope to get a bigger and faster fulfillment of orders by the uploaders.

*You placed the order but it was not fulfilled within the deadline (deleted), will you lose the MB/GB offered?
- You won't lose anything, it's only deducted from the user when it's answered, and thus transferred to the uploader who did it.

*The request was deleted for exceeding the deadline, but the user needs the file.
- If the request was deleted for exceeding the deadline, the user can repeat the request to try again to see if any uploader can get the file to post. (as the rule dictates, waiting another 60 days for service)
