Changes in Active User Policy

Bitsoup is an active community that requires all members to show
that their account is in use for us to keep the account in the database.
Until now, accounts that were left inactive were deleted after a period
of only 30 days.

Realizing that as a side effect of this fairly short 30 day period some of
our less frequently visiting members were involuntarily losing their account,
we have made changes accordingly.

Inactive accounts are now kept in the database for 90 days.

Parked inactive accounts are now kept in the database for 180 days.
