Hiya folks,

Two and a half months ago we announced that we would have a trial to see how the site would function without GB differences in place. These months have now passed and it has given us a good idea what a site without GB differences means. We have downloaded several torrents over these past months, including new torrents and very old ones. There was a slight decrease in speeds on some torrents, but overall it was hardly noticable. The amounts of seeders hasn't decreased, which is a very good thing, but the number of severe leechers have increased by a bit.

So, to make sure that things keep running smoothly, here's how RU will look like in 2010:

• GB differences will NOT return;
• Upload- & download stats will remain, yet only visible for the member, not the entire community;
