Lets fix a small concern I have about the topic. This is not something I have spoken about as a option for Bitsoup. Yet as I troll the net I am finding many people who are pieces of shit hiding on bitsoup posting information that is found only within the virtual walls of Bitsoup.
These scum bag's are the reason Bitsoup is gaining such a bad rep. Instead of telling the truth that we like any other business need income to stay open. No they say we are scamer and that it costs penny's to run a site.
But there is the issue. They say our proxie box that hides the real ips of our email server from DDOS is in fact our website which I suppose it does the job cause people think its our site lol
They state that we are running our site off dedicated servers. They go on to attack Bitsoup and more so me.
If these ass holes (sorry to swear but no other name fits) took even half the time they spend on attacking our site and supported it Bitsoup would be far further ahead. They say our donation request is a scam. I even read that we would shut the site down for a day or 2 just to prove a point.
These are all baseless lies. I love how they don't have the guts to say who they really are in fear of betting banned. Funny though they don't want to get kicked off bitsoup but yet they here talking trash.
So here is what I am considering as my last act of owner of Bitsoup.
Lets stop all the donations requests and reason's
We will do our promo's as we did for years. We will not release any info to anyone in relations to what is going on income wise. We will become non transparent as we were for years. All this because our members asked us to be more open with the community but yet doing so just brings unneeded or wanted attacks.
If we do not cover our costs each month we will do what we need to if this means site open to all class's but only those who have supported the cause in one way or another so be it. Why should the people who invest hours a day who we call the Bitsoup staff or the members who do spend money for no other reason than to keep bitsoup alive and well for the staff and everyone else. If we don't cover costs actions will happen.
I'm tired of begging for people to support what they use the most.
It all stops today.
The insane credit just keeps getting more insane or people wont donate. Earlybird has tried for ages to bring that down and its failed due to no donations. We are in deep debt right now due to losing 95% of income for April and what is coming so far in pay wont cover april and may.
So here I offer 1 great prize.
Forget about what you spent in past at bitsoup. Forget about promo's in future.
Today there is 48hrs for us to make-up for what's missing and we are very far behind. we have not covered even 10% of what's lost not including May monies required and its been nearly a week since we got donations back online.
Just as last summer we are in a bad spot. This year it happened sooner.
Support what you use. If not things are changing.
If you are in VIP class you will get promo announcement 1 time a week. If you are in PCVIP you will get 1 at start of promo and 1 at 24hrs remaining. Any class below vip will get promo daily. The costs to stop it less than a video game or night at movie.
If you want to bash go for it. this is the only thread that will not be corrected by my staff. If you swear or state facts not true that will be dealt with.
So everyone here we are. May 14th 2015. I've said all that I can to try and convince people to do the right right.
These long ass rants will not happen again as I just don't have it any more to try and hold everything up.
