Offers cleanup

The automatic system which deletes offers older than 30 days with less than 10 votes and all offers older than 60 days regardless of number of votes has not been functioning for a while. This is going to be re-enabled at the weekend and all offers that meet the criteria mentioned will be deleted. Of the 43 offers currently on the site, 37 meet the deletion criteria. Please check any offers you have to see if they meet the criteria and either backup your descriptions if you don't want to lose them or upload the torrent.
