Hello everyone, cat friends,

　　 "Meow" sounded very quickly~ PTer is two years old unknowingly. Thank you for walking with PTer for the past 2 years. We hope everyone can have fun at PTer.

In the past year, we have continued to grow. The brand-new seeding area serves as a bridge for targeted release requirements. WiKi has made the rules gradually improved and rigorous, and the unique game area has created an exclusive space for cat friends and proceeded quietly. The optimization and upgrading of the website escort the stable operation of the website. Behind these changes everything is inseparable from the silent contribution of every cat friend, every help, every release, every kind of preservation, every suggestion... To celebrate the second anniversary of PTer and celebrate New Year's Day, we have prepared some activities for everyone:
To celebrate NEW YEAR and PTer's 2nd anniversary, we have prepared something for you:

　一. Stand free. From January 1st to January 7th, Site-wide freeleech for seven days

　二. Open the invitation. Decrease the permission to send invitations to Puppet Cat (Elite User) on January 1st
　2. Invite access is adjusted to Elite User on 01/01/2021 UTC+8.

　三. Badges. Added 2nd Anniversary Badge and Scratch off street fighter X Tekken character badge. The Anniversary Badge will be exchanged for 10,000 cat food from January 1st to January 7th 2021.
　3. New medals are introduced and can be redeemed with 10,000 Bonus from 01/01/2021 to 01/07/2021.
