THE FINAL XBTMUSIC AMNESTY

This is the last time the programme is organized. There are around 460 disabled users in the database (decreasing every
day, as we erase disabled accounts older than 1 year). If you want your account back, no questions asked (in most cases),
this is your chance. Let us know. Check the conditions below.

Firstly, the conditions.

1) If you have been disabled for inactivity, and:
a) Your account is in the database and your ratio is >= 1.0: We will re-enable you.
b) Your account IS NOT in the database (as it has already been erased): You can try proving your pass membership
by sending your old passkey and/or one of our old .torrent files. This will be handled on a case-to-case basis
and we may re-invite you. All expired passkeys and basic info about them is kept indefinitely.

2) If you have been disabled for low ratio:
a) You have a chance to donate in Bitcoin to raise your ratio to an acceptable level (at least 0.75) and then take
it from there. This is handled as any other standard site donation and any bonuses or donations records will be
normally assigned to your account.
b) Or you can re-join us through the Prospective Uploader programme (a separate action), described here:

3) If you have been disabled manually by a staff member:
a) If any suspicion of trading of any sort was involved, this action is not for you.
b) If you were a mouthy asshole to a point we got rid of you, let us know you would like to be back, perhaps a simple
"Sorry, I won't be a mouthy asshole" will suffice.

In any case if there is an awkward or shady IP/session history on your account, we may ask you to provide extra proofs
of your location, e.g. a picture of a landmark in your town/city. We reserve a standing right to refuse to re-enable
anybody for no reason given, at our discretion. To apply, you must not be from a blacklisted country.


Secondly, your application.

Send an unbanning application email to xbtmusic(at)protonmail.ch, titled "amnesty ". If you don't remember
your username, use your registered email address instead (in the email subject replacing "" placeholder).
This project ends on 8 September, so you have 3 weeks. After 8 September, no more applications will be accepted.
