Also, if you were trying to connect to the IRC recently, and you didn't get auto-joined to any channel, sorry. There was an error that was causing the bot not to sajoin you to the channel - but it's all fixed now!

We've added a few new rules regarding torrent uploads to further ensure the quality of releases available on the site.


The new rules are as follows:

No VHS sources unless no other source is available, show proof to staff first that it is of acceptable quality.

No aXXo releases will be allowed UNLESS it fills a request or has prior approval from staff to be uploaded.

No HD content using the XviD codec and/or the avi container.


Also, we have discovered that due to unwanted publicity, our IRC Password was leaked out. Seeing this as perfect timing to implement our new IRC Bot, we acted.

Pretty soon we will be switching from a channel key to having the bot join you. Currently, there is a basic form, you just copy and paste the message, and the bot will do its work. However, soon you will be able to choose what channels you will auto join. To find the command you have to copy and paste, go to your profile page, there should be a box called "IRC Login Message". Copy and paste it, and you are ready to go.
