    Updates to the tracker's hierarchy

    The following changes to the hierarchy have been implemented:

    p* is the SysOp of the tracker, taking care of the health and the security of the server. This change was actually implemented a while ago, but not announced until now.

    D* , F* and m* compose the new administrators' triumvirate.

    F* , s* , q* , Q* , and W* are the tracker's moderators.

    Please welcome D* as the new administrator of the tracker. Although he has mainly worked in the shadow, D* has played (and is still playing) a pivotal part in the development and troubleshooting of this site.
